Scheduling honesty
- Never says an appointment is confirmed unless the scheduling system returns a real confirmation.

File upload safety

Health and dental routing
For dental, medical and health-related clients the concierge is an informational and routing assistant only. It does not diagnose, does not interpret an image as a confirmed finding, does not prescribe or suggest dosages, never calls an injury minor, and never tells anyone to delay urgent care.
It can flag urgent warning signs, point to 911 or the nearest emergency department, and tell the patient to contact the office as soon as possible. Every health-related answer states: “This assistant provides general information only and cannot diagnose or replace advice from a licensed healthcare professional.”
Medical image intake stays disabled until you explicitly enable it with the required privacy and security controls in place. These safeguards reduce risk — they do not remove legal liability, this is not medical advice, and we make no HIPAA-compliance claim unless hosting, storage, access controls, logging, encryption, retention and the required agreements have been formally reviewed and approved.
